No, I do not personally provide a Makeup service. However, if I am traveling to specific desinations, I will have a makeup artist I trust come along with me, or will be in the area, that clients can book independently. This is something I highly stress to have done, since makeup will really bring out the best in the final photo product(s). Also it is a stress the client doesn't have to do themselves when the time comes. It's easier to sit, relax, and have a professional make you shine for your shoot.

No, you can print your edited shots anywhere you'd like. But I do provide that that option/service.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required when booking your shoot. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of expenses of your booked shoot.

The day of the shoot. Clients will not receive edits or samples until payment is provided.

In special cases, I will offer a rescheduling of your desired shoot. You will have a 1-time within 4 months to makeup your shoot or you will lose your original deposit. If I am doing an Exclusive shoot, within a studio, that requires materials, cleanup crew/materials, travel expenses, then there is no refund or deposit transfer to a future shoot. Reason being, specialty Exclusive shoots don't happen each time I visit the same city/location. So the deposit goes towards costs for THAT specific shoot that was being booked, not a possible future one.

Small event fees, no. For larger events, with bigger fees, only 50% is refunded.

If an individual cancels at the last second, and hasn't paid, they will be placed on a restricted-shoot list. Their slot could have used for another paying individual. Now the event is down one person, and loss of fees.

The standard timeframe to get the basic 1hr package edited shots is 3-4wks for high-photoshoot months, and 2-3 weeks for low-photoshoot months. Add another week if Video was added.

I always edit the basic amount first, so that all clients get some shots at the same time (when I have multiple clients shooting during the same duration of time). After that initial 3-4 weeks, is when I start tackling all other extra edits/content that clients selected for their package add-ons. That typically takes another 3-4 weeks to finalize.

I always offer to sell the entire unedited set to the client. The price does vary, depending on how many shots were taken, and I will always allow the client to purchase all the photos.

Yes, 100% insured, licensed, with full liability. A proper professional business should always have every based covered.

MPMEDIA / Photographer Marek Piecyk have complete ownership and rights to any photo taken. Clients can use photos for personal/private use (social media with credit/tag requirement, and home prints). To use any photo in any publication requires a signed approval by Marek Piecyk to allow the Rights to Use, especially if any publication is seeking profits/payments for their publication to be viewed. No resale is allowed of any kind without a sign Ownership release by Marek Piecyk/MPMEDIA.

Short answer, no. Ownership and Rights belong to the photographer (Marek Piecyk). The photographer can use any in any matter to aid in advertising, behind the scenes, and/or promotions.
